ok... push up log seems to be a lot harder... mainly because of the IPPT week last week... no time to concentrate on that...
Ok.. day 2... actually.. I feel that I am alot stronger.. even though I didnt follow the program, but I on and off will "knock it down"... 10 or 20 a day...
