This is day 3... I find that its easy to go through the sets after at least 1 min of rest... can tell that I am getting the hang of it.
Each time I finish the push up days, I am usually sore the next day... so its really working..
set 1 = 12
set 2 = 12
set 3 = 15
set 4 = 18
set 5 = 13
set 6 = 10
Total : 80
